Mr Ahmad M. Sediqi is a Director and Solicitor at SMA Solicitors. Ahmad has extensive experience in all UK immigration matters including specialisation in applications within the Immigration Rules. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge about the appeal procedure at the First-tier Tribunal and Upper-tier Tribunal and Public Law complex cases (Judicial Review applications at the Upper Tribunal).
Ahmad completed his Law degree from University of West London in 2014 (2:1 Degree) and subsequently continued at the same University where he also successfully completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC, Commendation). Ahmad was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor on the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Moreover, Ahmad encompasses private Immigration matters including all European Economic Area (EEA) applications such as Permanent Residence, Residence Cards, Family Permits and ECAA (in particular Ankara Agreement applications). He is highly experienced with applications for entry clearance, further leave to remain and settlement applications as a spouse, fiancé, unmarried partner, child, dependant relative, entrepreneur, general migrants, students and temporary migrants.
Ahmad also regularly deals and assists with Citizenship and Nationality applications in the United Kingdom and overseas. Ahmad has an in-depth experience in case preparation at the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and challenging the Home Office decisions at the Tribunals and by way of Judicial Review on behalf of applicants including failed asylum seekers. Ahmad has demonstrated the required level of competence and knowledge in Nationality, Immigration and Asylum law as defined by the Law Society.
Ahmad assists applicants from various backgrounds and countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Albania, Jamaica etc.
